By accessing or using the Fieldraiser platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Fieldraiser provides a fundraising and organization management platform that enables clubs, nonprofits, and groups to create campaigns, collect contributions, manage contacts, and communicate with their communities.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Organization administrators are responsible for the content, campaigns, and communications created through their organization account. Administrators must ensure their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Contributions are processed through Stripe. Fieldraiser does not charge platform fees to organizations. Standard payment processing fees (charged by Stripe) apply to all transactions. Optional tips to Fieldraiser are voluntary and non-refundable.
Organizations are responsible for issuing tax receipts where applicable. Fieldraiser does not provide tax advice and contribution receipts generated by the platform are for record-keeping purposes only.
Organization administrators may issue refunds for contributions through the platform. Refund policies are set by individual organizations. Fieldraiser is not responsible for refund disputes between donors and organizations.

The Fieldraiser name, logo, and platform are the intellectual property of Fieldraiser. Users retain ownership of content they upload to the platform.
Fieldraiser is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fieldraiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
